We're not funded. We're not a company or a for-profit group. Think of this as a fan-page. It's true that on our Thank You
page we have a few Amazon links that if you're nice enough to buy from, we get a few coins. But other than that, this is a hobby and our compensation is spreading the good word.
To that, we're not selling anything (other than what we just admitted to). The information is free. Plus (web designer speaking here), I've done sites with web ads - what a pain.

Content Questions
Various. For the image thumbnails, I tried to use as many old publications and catalog reproductions as I could find. For the primary images, watermarked KingsCrownGlass.com,
they are images I have taken myself. Supplemental images are all from 3rd party individuals. If I find an image I can positivly identify, I will reach out to the owner
for permission to use. Once permission is granted, I will watermark the image with the owners desired information (or not if they choose not to be identified) prior to including.
I take the person who originally posted the photo at their word if they say they are the owner and they grant me permission. If for any reason that turns out to be incorrect,
and a supplemental image was not theirs to provide and you can show proof of ownership and wish the item removed, please contact me.

Typically I do not sell these pieces. But as my collecting preference is for the non-engraved ruby stained items, I will put duplicate or extra items up on eBay as I obtain new items.

Participation Questions
We are always on the lookout for supplemental images that can be positivly identified. If you have an object and would like it added, contact us with a sample image
so we can start a dialog. We strive for images that are well lit and crisply photographed a solid background that allows the glass to stay true to it's original color.
Multiple images that show the features of the item are best, such as straight forward shots, top down, base, are often the best.

The biggest expense to us is obtaining pieces for the collection. If you have a piece we don't, or one in a better condition than the one we show, and you would like
to donate it to us, please contact us.
